Festivals also play an important role in fulfilling the physical and material needs of man, as it is the natural requirement of human nature to live together. Festivals are a natural need of human beings, under which they also become dependent. A review of different countries and religions reveals that each festival either commemorates an important historical event, is associated with a person's caste or is associated with a religious ceremony. Festivals are a reflection of religion. Through them, spiritual and moral benefits are obtained as well as distribution of wealth and resources, tolerance, love and brotherhood, promotion of social relations and opportunities to share in each other's pain and suffering are also available.
